Once or twice a year, OES users and interested parties convene at Freie Universität Berlin for the OES Community Meeting. These two-day events provode an opportunity to familiarise yourself with other applications and project teams, share knowledge, and discuss the future development of OES.

Save the date: 27–28 November 2025 | 4th OES Community Meeting | Freie Universität Berlin

This will be the first time that the OES Community Meeting takes place as part of our DFG project on community building. Since the last meeting, further exciting applications have been added. Those that were still in development in spring have now been published, and we look forward to hearing about your latest developments. OES applications in the planning phase are also always welcome! Additionally, we plan to provide inputs on open access and community building in the context of OES.

• Date: Thursday, 27 November 2025 (start: 10:00) and Friday, 28 November 2025 (finish: approx. 16:00.)
• Cost: Food and drinks will be provided during the event. You are responsible for planning and financing your travel and accommodation.
